Our gut premise is: All feelings are true, emotions are biological and we learn temperament. It is our human nature...and we are clinging to our human nature for dear life Y'all.
Evident by the surfacing of mental wellness in a new light and the “buzzyNESS” of self-care, people are more than ever accepting that a fractured mind is not uncommon and deserves direct and intent proper care.

Focused on the advancement of human behavior and the dynamics within social constructs, my day-work includes partnering with corporate teams and leaders to create excellence in their lives and the populations they serve through the development of Emotional Intelligence. But what about everyone else...the "regular" people?
Social media offers the opportunity to know more, do more, and get more but at the high(est) cost of feeling less, caring less, and experiencing less. I’ve begun to wonder what would happen if we were to slow down and really experience our TRUE(ST) feelings and emotions?
